The new jewel in the Lavorel Hotels Collection

Following the acquisition of the Château des Ravatys, Lavorel Hotels group is now completing its collection by becoming the owner of Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly.
A bucolic setting
The group of buildings was the former laundry of the Château de Chantilly back in the 18th century. This hamlet in the heart of the Hauts-de-France region consists of eight stone buildings spread over 17 hectares. A truly bucolic estate that highlights the beauty of the surrounding landscape of Chantilly, between the state forest of Chantilly and the sublime medieval city of Senlis, nature lovers will be delighted.
A culinary experience to awaken all your senses
Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly puts on a show with its two restaurants and its cosy bar. French gastronomy is brilliantly represented through the various culinary approaches offered for each moment of the day.
Le Nord, a bistronomic restaurant, features dishes inspired by traditional recipes from the North of France and revisited with a contemporary approach in a warm and elegant setting.
Le Craft, a “gourmet market” restaurant, where the chef showcases local products for you to discover. The Craft’s terrace offers a warm atmosphere thanks to various seasonal activities.
Le Condé, a bar with a cosy atmosphere, is the perfect place for disconnection while tasting our signature cocktails in a cosy lounge.

Château des Ravatys joins Lavorel Hotels
Beaujolais – JANVIER 2021
With nearly 30 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Beaujolais, Château des Ravatys is an attractive place full of history. Built in the 19th century by the Polytechnique school engineer Auguste Solet, the estate built its reputation in the 1900s thanks to a bronze decoration. Chateau des Ravatys was bequeathed to the Pasteur Institute by Auguste Solet’s heiress. At the end of 2020, it was soldto the Lavorel Hotels group, which intends to exploit the full potential of these premises.
Beginning with wine-making process. The estate has engaged in a conversion to organic farming, which will becarried on . The vinification processes will also be optimised in order to improve quality. Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly and Beaujolais Rosé will be available for sale at the Château but also in the various properties of the Lavorel Hotels group.
The estate is also an ideal place for private or professional ceremonies. Numerous weddings are celebrated here throughout summer months, making the most of the Orangery and its large windows overlooking the Château, the park with its century-old trees and the enchanting environment of Mont Brouilly. The setting is just as appealing to companies who appreciate the calm and beauty of the place.
