Kopster Hotels is the chic urban brand of the Lavorel Hotels group, born in 2017.

Designed as real living spaces, our hotels take inspiration from nature and a tropical universe. Lush plants, animal patterns and warm colours create a vibrant, exotic atmosphere. Everywhere, carefully chosen objects add a unique touch: old books, exotic vases, enigmatic paintings and vintage pieces blend naturally with modern furniture. Each hotel has its own totem animal: giraffe in Lyon, zebra in Colombes, monkey in Paris… quirky companions keeping watch over our spaces.

Les Bateaux Lyonnais welcome several hundred thousand passengers each year, offering them the chance to discover Lyon from a new perspective aboard the fleet’s six boats.
Among them, the Hermès and Hermès II restaurant boats offer exceptional gourmet cruises, available for private hire for all types of events. It’s the best way to explore the capital of Gaul while enjoying a meal freshly prepared by our onboard chefs. Both boats can host up to around 450 guests and are perfect for private receptions, seminars, or corporate events.

Le Château des Ravatys is a historic vineyard nestled in the heart of Beaujolais, managed by the Lavorel family since 2021. It offers grand cru wines, soon to be fully produced from organic farming.
The unique grape variety used, Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, thrives on 50-year-old vines spread across 56 hectares near Mont Brouilly, producing AOC Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly wines.
This estate invites wine tourism through various activities centered around wine (tasting, cellar tours, discovering the trades…) and will delight those who appreciate the French art of living. Finally, the château is a magical place, blending charm and authenticity, with various spaces to host seminars and ceremonies in a lush green setting.
