Lavorel Hotels Collection was born from a desire to offer unique experiences to our guests.

The Kopster brand was born in 2017 with its first property a few metres from Lyon’s Groupama Stadium, Kopster Hotel Lyon Groupama Stadium.

As an integral part of the OL Vallée, the name Kopster (Kop originally meaning South African supporters) was given to it to recall the fervent spirit of the supporters. A friendly and festive atmosphere! But Kopster is more broadly defined as a 4-star urbain-chic property, open to the world and different cultures.

Its safari-photo atmosphere plays with ethnic paintings, warm colors and animal effigies.

Château des Ravatys is a historic wine estate nestled in the heart of the Beaujolais region and managed by the Lavorel family since 2021. It offers great vintages that are soon all organically grown.

The only grape variety used, Gamay noir with white juice, flourishes on 50-year-old plots spread over 56 hectares near Mont Brouilly to produce AOC Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly.

This property is an invitation to wine tourism through the discovery of various activities around wine (tasting, cellar visits, discovery of the trades, etc.) and will delight those who love the French way of life. Finally, the château is a wine activity.
